This time it's Forsaken2544's character based after a favorite toy from my youth, the Cobra Rattler... fittingly named, Rattle! The head is based roughly on Wild Weasel's head, except with a blue color scheme instead of red. (He was the Rattler pilot.)
Yes, I'm almost tempted to recolor this guy into "Tiger Rat" colors.
